Bulgari Serpenti Tubogas

Bulgari is reinterpreting one of its symbols: the Tubogas bracelet. Two different executions of the Serpenti Tubogas are available, both pictured. One is made of polished steel while the other plays on the combination of chrome and gold.

The 35mm steel curved case is set with brilliant-cut diamonds and is powered by a Quartz movement that is customized by Bulgari and adorned with the logo as well. The steel crown is set with a cabochon-cut pink rubellite and the violet lacquered dial has a sunburst guilloche treatment. Perfect for any Valentine’s Day gift.

The bracelet was created during the Art Deco period in the 1930s and attests to Bulgari’s technical skill of assembling metal around a core spring without any soldering, which would add a filler metal into the bracelet.

About Bulgari

Company founder Sotirio Bulgari is a descendant of an ancient family of Greek silversmiths, and during the late 19th century he moved to Italy. In 1884 he opened his first shop in Via Sistina, Rome, and in 1905, with the help of his sons Costantino and Giorgio, he inaugurated the shop in Via Condotti, which today remains Bulgari’s flagship store.
