Ritmo Mundo Cheers Drivers at IZOD IndyCar Series Finals

Proud sponsor of two 2013 IZOD IndyCar Series starring competitors, Helio Castroneves (#3) and Ryan Hunter-Reay (#28), Ritmo Mundo came out to the final race in Fontana on Saturday to cheer on its drivers.

Castroneves came to the final race in second place for series points with Hunter-Reay following not far behind. Entering the event 25 points behind, Castroneves said that he had nothing to lose and would go for it, which he did on multiple occasions in a race that had 28 lead changes between 11 different drivers. At the end of the day, Will Power took the race but Scott Dixon won the series with 577 points. Dixon ended the season with a 27-point margin over runner-up Castroneves and Hunter-Reay finished with 469 points.

The weekend culminated with the official Championship Celebration at the Globe Theatre inside Universal Studios Hollywood, the first time since 2005 the event has been held in a Southern California venue. Champions were honored and attendees reflected on a competitive 2013 season. President and Founder of Ritmo Mundo, Ali Soltani, who was wearing pink in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month said he was proud to be present in support.
