Mühle Glashütte Robert Mühle Zeigerdatum

Mühle Glashütte introduces a watch that perfectly exemplifies the date hand, the Robert Mühle Zeigerdatum.

The date window is usually used in modern horology and is a fairly new function with the first watch using the technology in 1945. In contrast, the date hand is one of the oldest complications, first used in a pocket watch as early as 1793. The technology isn’t usually used in current collections, which is why the watchmaker brings it back with this new watch.

This watch is powered by the RMK 03, a hand wound movement with 180 components. Designed just for this new timepiece, the movement powers the hand date with fast correction and the stop-seconds mechanism. The watch is placed on a crocodile leather strap with a stainless steel folding clasp and is a limited edition of 100 pieces.
