Girard Perregaux Laureato

Celebrating their 225th anniversary, Girard Perregaux reimagines their 1975 classic, the Laureato. Named after Mike Nichols’ coming-of-age movie, The Graduate, the watch back then used steel as a precious metal, which was uncommon. During this time, quartz movements were threatening the Swiss establishment, so GP set the standard with their own.

Today, the watch is a limited edition of 225 pieces. The 41mm steel case is powered by the GP03300-0030, an in-ouhse Manufacture movement. It has a frequency of 28”800 vibrations per hour and a 46-hour power reserve.

The watch is priced at $14,300.
