Tito Rabat Becomes Tissot Ambassador

One of the world’s most talented motorcycle racers, Esteve Tito Rabat, currently the Moto2 world champion, is the newest member of the Tissot family, as the Swiss watchmaker’s new ambassador. Tito, chosen for his professional spirit and constant sacrifice, truly represents the brand’s values and will fit in perfectly at Tissot.

Tito got his start in 2005 in the 125cc CEV series, and he won a spot on the podium at the Ricardo Tormo circuit in Cheste. In 2006, he moved on to the 125cc World Championship and made his debut at the Catalan Motorcycle Grand Prix. In 2007 and 2008, he competed in the World 125cc Motorcycle Championship and got his first podium spot, 3rd place in the Chinese Grand Prix. He made the move to Moto2 in 2011, finishing tenth in the general ranking. In 2012, he placed in Japan and won seventh place in the World Moto2 Championship. Starting in 2013, he became a Moto2 leader, winning three Grand Prix and making it to the podium seven times.

In 2014, he reached an all-time points record in the intermediate category and placed 14 times, with 7 wins and 11 pole positions, claiming the title of 2014 Moto2 World Champion.
