Raymond Weil, King Jewelers and Gibson Support VH1 Save the Music Foundation

King Jewelers partnered with watchmaker Raymond Weil and Gibson Guitars in October to celebrate the brand’s guitar-inspired nabucco timepiece at the popular Nashville venue, Acme Feed & Seed. The intimate event benefited VH1’s Save the Music Foundation, whose mission is to restore music education programs in America’s public schools. Guests were treated to a private concert by country star Drake White, who prior to the event visited a Nashville elementary school supported by the Foundation.

Raymond Weil and Gibson’s partnership debuted during Baselworld 2015 with the nabucco Special Edition Inspired by a Gibson guitar model. At the King Jewelers event Raymond Weil introduced a series of ten numbered timepieces, exclusive to Nashville and King Jewelers. The Nashville Edition watch features Nashville-themed engravings on its caseback in honor of Gibson’s hometown.

We are proud to collaborate with such an iconic music brand as Gibson and to present this unique timepiece honoring both music and high-end watchmaking, said Raymond Weil CEO Elie Ternheim.

Henry Juszkiewicz, chairman and CEO, Gibson Brands, added, Raymond Weil and Gibson Brands are the perfect combination of excellence and craftsmanship. We are delighted to be aligned with the nabucco line, exceptional timepieces inspired by the highest quality guitars.
