In several cultures, the serpent is the symbol for life and rebirth, and on the Villeret Tourbillon Bi-Cylindrique 110 Years Anniversary, a three-dimensional, hand-engraved, anthracite serpent has been integrated into the bezel. A similar design also finds its way on the back of the 52 mm red gold case, which showcases an elegant hand-engraving of the slithering serpent.

The Villeret Tourbillon Bi-Cylindrique 110 Years Anniversary is limited to three pieces.

Elsewhere on the piece, a large tourbillon measuring 8.4mm in diameter, occupies the top half of the watch replica ’s face, while a subdial of the same dimension at 6 o’clock shows the time display below. A set of regate-shaped hands appear to float mysteriously above the subdial, which display roman numerals and rhomboid indexes on a mirrored surface.
