ArmourLite Expands Line of Caliber Series Watches at Baselworld 2014

ArmourLite is expanding its line of Caliber Series lightweight polycarbonate tritium illuminated watches replica. First introduced at SHOT Show 2014 in January, the Caliber Series represent the first ArmourLite tritium watches replica to feature ultra lightweight polycarbonate case construction with anti-reflective scratch resistant sapphire crystal. Swiss Ronda 515 quartz movements with 45-month batteries power the watches replica while green and orange Swiss tritium markers provide 20+ years of continuous illumination. A unidirectional rotating bezel with a tritium marker is ideal for keeping elapsed time. For the avid diver or outdoorsmen, the watches replica in the Caliber Series offer 200m of water resistance.

The expansion announced yesterday at Baselworld 2014 in Switzerland sees the Caliber Series now feature twelve models priced from $299.00 to $375.00 (MSRP). We received a very positive reaction to the Caliber Series upon its introduction in January. We decided it was time to expand the line to offer customers more variety, explains Ashley Diener, CEO of ArmourLite. We find that our customers want choices when selecting a tritium illuminated watch and that’s what the Caliber Series now offers.

Models AL601, AL611, and AL621 have a blue accent on the dial and bezel. AL602, AL612, and AL622 have an orange accent on the dial and bezel. AL603, AL613, and AL623 have a red and white accent on the dial and bezel. AL604, AL614, and AL624 have a yellow accent on the dial and bezel.

Models AL601, AL602, AL603, and AL604 come with a black nylon nato-style band with colored stitching matching the accent on the dial and bezel. AL611, AL612, AL613, and AL614 come with a heavy-duty black nitrile-butadiene-rubber (NBR) band. NBR, a synthetic rubber, is heavily resistant to oils, greases, and extreme temperatures. Models AL621, AL622, AL623, and AL624 come with a black physical-vapor-deposition (PVD) stainless steel band.

The ArmourLite Caliber Series watches replica offer the following features: –       Green and orange Swiss tritium markers

–       Ultra lightweight polycarbonate case construction

–       Ronda 515 Swiss quartz movement with 45-month battery

–       Anti-reflective scratch resistant sapphire crystal

–       200m water resistance rated for diving

–       Unidirectional elapsed-time bezel with a tritium marker

The hands, number markers, and bezel on each ArmourLite Caliber Series watch features small, self-luminous tritium-filled vials. This safe and reliable permanent illumination technology allows the user to easily tell the time at a glance, even in the darkest lighting conditions. Tritium illumination is commonly used for the instrument dials in aircraft, compasses and night sights for weapons since it does not require a battery or external power supply and it remains constantly illuminated for 20+ years.
